1Sunday Nights (SB)
Individual programs are designed to help students achieve maximum freedom and power. Actors focus on specific areas of need or desire The ultimate goal is to release limitations and master all aspects of the craft. Individual meetings will be held to decide each actor’s specific goals.
The Audition
2Monday Nights (LA)
Auditioning on camera from “”Hi!” to “Thank you.” Topics covered include Audition Persona, Two Key Moments, Choices, Risking, Frame Size, Camera Angle, Clothes, Emotional Prep, Beats and Units, Adjustments, Translating Bad Direction, et al. After the second class, all sessions will be recorded and played back.
Emotional Preparation
3Tuesday Nights (SB)
A working approach to the craft of stage and film rehearsal and performance featuring Emotional Preparation. The Prep becomes an emotional reality, providing drive, depth and complexity to scenes. Imagination-based, this system launches you into the needs of character and the circumstances of the scene.

A Marketing and Auditioning Workshop
4Thursday Nights (Santa Maria)
Students discover three or four diverse character types that match their "look" and presentation. Actors then fulfill each type in order to present themselves as a complete, castable acting package. The second half is devoted to both live and on-camera auditioning, with special emphasis on marketing qualities.
